How to Pay

You can either order on line using our secure on-line payment system. Alternatively you can download the ORDER FORM and either fax or post it to us. Cheques should be made payable to Hunter Gatherer and allow 7 working days to clear.

Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you straight away. If you wish to pay by cheque please allow an additional 7 working days for cheque clearance before we can despatch the goods. It would be helpful if you can give a telephone number so that we can contact you during the day.

Post and Packing

Standard charge in the UK and Northern Ireland is £4.95. Express/Next Day delivery can be arranged for an additional £5.00 (total charge £9.95). Overseas delivery can be arranged on an individual basis.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it within 14 days and we will gladly exchange it or send you a refund, as long as the goods have not been used.

Returning goods

Simply fill out the returns form that will be sent with our order. Please reconfirm the delivery address for the exchange items. We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during their return to us. Return postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.

Overseas Orders

We are happy to accept orders from overseas if payment is made by credit card. Postage will be charged at cost.

Trade Descriptions Act

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of all the items listed are correct. All dimensions are approximate. Whilst we make every effort to reproduce colours accurately some minor variations in the actual goods may occur and as many of the goods are hand made they may vary slightly in appearance from their photographs.
